Louise Lockie

Louise is a member of the Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame, leader of the London Salesforce Women in Tech Group, and on the organising team for London’s Calling. She holds 21 certifications and is a Certified Salesforce Instructor. Following many years working on the customer side, she is currently an independent consultant. Louise is a multiple times Dreamforce, World Tour, and community conference speaker, having been selected to present at some of the biggest events in the Salesforce ecosystem.

In this session I will talk about the recent changes, the new features, and the roadmap. We will look at what we will still need profiles for, and importantly, how to design and build an access model which is tailored, scalable, and streamlined, using permission sets and permission set groups.
