GDPR Information Duty

The Personal Data Controller is the Coffee & Force Foundation based in Wrocław. Your data will be processed by the Personal Data Administrator for the purposes necessary for the effective registration and conduct of the event called Polish Dreamin’ 2024.

Your consent may be revoked at any time. Just send this information to the following e-mail address: dreamin@coffeeforce.pl. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

We must share your data when it is necessary for you to make an electronic payment using the provided platform, for administrative and organizational purposes, when you consent, or to entities authorized by law, if necessary.

In no case will we transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.

With your consent, we may process and/or transfer part of your personal data (name, surname, e-mail address, LinkedIn profile address) to Polish Dreamin’ 2024 partners for direct marketing purposes, sending commercial or recruitment information by electronic means, to the e-mail address provided by you.

Your data such as name and surname, residential address, telephone number and e-mail address, which we process for the proper provision of our services or direct marketing needs of our services, will be stored until you withdraw your consent or raise an objection to their processing.

We want you to know that you have the right to:

• access to data and receiving a copy of it, which means that if you ask us what data we process, we will be obliged to provide you with a full answer;
• to rectify and correct data;
• to delete data – if, in your opinion, there is no basis for us to process your data, you can request that we delete it;
• limitations on data processing – you can request that we limit the processing of your personal data only to storing them or performing activities agreed with you, if in your opinion we have incorrect data or we process them unjustifiably;
• to object to the processing of your data for the purposes of direct marketing. If you exercise this right, we will stop processing your data for this purpose;
• submit a complaint to the supervisory authority. If you believe that we are processing your data illegally, you can submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
