Daniel is Salesforce architect, Salesforce MVP and former Analytics Champion / Tableau CRM Ambassador (2019-2022), holding 42 Certifications and Accreditations in Salesforce products and Mulesoft (and more than 1000 badges Trailhead All Star Ranger). He’s a Technical Architect and CTO for DIA Digital Consulting (www.die-interaktiven.de), co-leads the Frankfurt / Germany Salesforce User Group. and is the the co-organizer of Wir sind Ohana (German Dreamin’), Skiforce and YeurArchitectDreamin. Daniel is working on the Salesforce platform since 2014, with a strong focus on DevOps, APIs, integration and identity federation topics, Salesforce core technologies, Manufacturing Cloud and the Einstein platform. His key expertise is in the manufacturing industry, B2B / B2B2C and D2C business models, digital transformation of business models, and CoE development.

Experience Cloud is the point in your CRM strategy where you have a direct touchpoint with your customers, and everything should be styled nicely, in-brand and absolutely flawless. But how do you make sure that this is safe and guaranteed at all times while you’re delivering features and deploying in fast iterations? And how do you test complex roundtrips such as self-signups with email verification? The common answer is: Automated front end testing. Cumulus CI and Robot framework provide us with powerful tools, and they can be enhanced relatively easy. Let’s build our first end-to-end test suite to verify we don’t break our customer’s experience and can build and deploy with confidence. Just recently, Salesforce added Scale Testing to their portfolio, and the presentation will cover how to automate these tests as well.
