1. Introduction

to as the “Service”).

0001022312 (hereinafter: “Administrator”).

2.1 The Administrator shall process the following personal data of Users, which are collected during registration
for Polish Dreamin’ 2024:
– Name and surname,
– E-mail address,
– Phone number;
2.2 Personal data is processed for:
– Registration and participation in the Polish Dreamin’ 2024,
– Communication with participants of the Polish Dreamin’ 2024,
– Sending commercial and marketing information,
– Realization of rights and obligations under the law;
2.3 Data processing is carried out on the basis of the user's consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data
Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016) and for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the
Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO).
3. Cookies

data only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions.

5.1 You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or
restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability.
5.2 You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not
affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
5.3 You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the
processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.
6. Data security
6.1 The Administrator shall ensure technical and organizational security measures for the processed personal
data appropriate to the risks and categories of data protected, and in particular shall protect the data against
unauthorized access, processing in violation of the law, and alteration, loss, damage or destruction.
6.2 The Administrator does not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

The Administrator reserves the right to change this privacy policy by publishing a new privacy policy on the
Website.
