Chetan has over 20 years of experience in CRM, wearing multiple hats along the way, ranging from an engineer, to analyst, to designer, to an architect, and even a reluctant Program Manager. He started his journey in the salesforce world about a decade ago and has worked on many large-scale enterprise transformation projects. He strongly believes in learning by doing and even though has attained the coveted credential – “CTA”, still continues to learn and improve every day.
