"I have the impression, that lately, except the Salesforce implementations that we are all used to, the more and more common are becoming the projects that are assumed to be cheap and quick. There is not enough time for good analysis and discovery, development is reduced to a minimum, since we need to keep to OOTB capabilities. At the end of the day, the Client gets another tool that does not help and does not solve any of the problems. But… we did what we were asked for. During my lecture, I am going to share my proven methods of how to analyze and implement such projects on time, bringing the business value to the Customers. I am to discuss the ways of analysis, implementation, Salesforce capabilities and project setup itself, that can make the project “quick, cheap” and successful. Moreover, based on my experience, I am going to discuss the red flags that may indicate, that “cheap and quick” assumption, leads only to a very spectacular failure. "
