Bring your own A.I” in Salesforce: A music therapy case study – Mark Hartnady
Abstrakt:
This is a 30 minute presentation discussing the tools available to developers to build value-adding Salesforce solutions using Generative A.I.
Mark will discuss what is available among the Salesforce Products such as Einstein Copilot, as well as what the limitations are, and when we need to consider exploring using external services like OpenAI.
Mark will conclude by showing an OpenAI integrated demo of the work VRP did with „Noise Solutions” (a music therapy non-profit) and the considerations encountered regarding data privacy and the handling of sensitive data.
